By logging into the Cheyenne Mountain School District 12 Portal, I agree to the following:
- I will not share my password or allow anyone other than myself to use the account.
- Students will receive their own Portal account and that they should not access the Portal with a Parent account.
- I understand that three unsuccessful logins will disable my account. If my account becomes locked/disabled, I will email help@cmsd12.org from my registered e-mail account and request the account to be enabled. I will provide the answers to verify my identity if necessary. I understand that it may take up to 3 business days for the account to be unlocked.

CMSD12's Online Annual Update is now available. Annual Update enables you to review and request changes to the data we currently have for your student(s) and household. You will also be able to electronically approve/disapprove required back-to-school information. Only one parent/guardian in the household will need to complete this process. Your student's school may have other site-specific forms that you will be asked to complete at a later date.
If your student is new to the district this year, this process will be familiar. You will still need to verify the data, change date fields to the current date, and submit the update.
Please login to the Parent Portal to complete the Annual Update no later than August 16th.
